How do you ensure glass bottles don't break during shipping?

We use custom-engineered, reinforced cardboard packaging specifically designed to cradle and protect our glass bottles during transit. In the rare event of breakage, please contact our support team with a photo for a replacement or refund.

What is the shelf life of your craft sodas and beers?

Most of our craft sodas are best enjoyed within 12 months of the bottling date, while our beers vary by style. You can find a 'Best By' date printed on the neck or shoulder of every bottle to ensure peak freshness.

Are Sprecher sodas gluten-free and caffeine-free?

The majority of our sodas, including our world-famous Root Beer, are naturally caffeine-free and gluten-free. Please check the individual product pages for specific nutritional information and ingredient lists.

Do you offer international shipping for your beverages?

Currently, we only ship our products within the continental United States. Due to the weight of glass and liquid, as well as international customs regulations regarding alcohol and food products, we do not ship overseas at this time.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Yes! Once your order is processed and leaves our brewery in Glendale, Wisconsin, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number from our carrier (UPS or FedEx).

What is your return policy for food and beverage items?

For safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage products. However, if there is an issue with your order such as damage or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
