At Sprecher Brewing Co., we strive for complete satisfaction with every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our craft sodas and beverages, we can only accept returns on non-perishable merchandise or damaged goods. If your order arrives compromised, please contact our support team within 15 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Thoroughly check your package upon arrival for any signs of leakage, broken glass, or incorrect items.

    Document Damage

    Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box to help us process your claim with the carrier.

  • 3.
    Contact Customer Support

    Email our team with your order number and photos to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for non-food items.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once approved, we will ship out a fresh batch of your favorite brew or issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
